Join us for Open Floor, a lively meditation and conscious dance practice led by Kim Vetter that builds muscular and emotional intelligence while embodying a powerful approach to creating ritual and moving energy. It is a dance floor discovery zone where we move and include: good days and tough ones, passion, hesitance, joy, sorrow, births, deaths and everything in between. There are no steps to learn and no way to do it wrong - all are welcome!

Women's Sacred Wisdom
Dive into your inner goddess through a transformative, artistic and healing experience!
Join us for an afternoon retreat, led by Ruth Milsten, LCSW-C and Amanda Priestly LGPC, designed to help women slow down, reconnect with themselves, and access their inner knowing. Through guided meditation, sacred symbol painting, gentle yoga and sound healing, this three-hour experiential workshop invites grounding, restoration and a deeper relationship with one’s intuition. A shared tea circle offers space for quiet reflection and optional connection with others.
All are welcome! No prior experience with art, yoga or meditation is required.
