Yoga Nidra with Sound Immersion

This systematic practice of deep rest without movement, uses guided imagery, body scanning and breath work, to bring a deep physical/mental relaxation and to release tension. Sound immersion offers its own healing qualities and provides a beautiful back drop.

Please bring your own mat, pillow, blanket, eye pillow and any other props and plan to arrive 15 minutes early.

$25 per person.
