FORM AND FLOW YOGA - SIX WEEK SESSION WITH JULIA SIMMONS

Join us for this gentle, fluid mat practice led by Julia Simmons, RYT, that weaves breath with movement and offers the qualities of calming, grounding energy to better regulate the nervous system. This slower movement increases flexibility, balance and range of motion.

Mondays: 9 - 10am
